PVN Norway is a non-profit organisation connecting young people, civil society, municipalities, universities and public institutions across Norway and Europe to strengthen democratic participation, civic space, intercultural dialogue, inclusion and international cooperation through practical learning, cross-sector collaboration and community engagement.
Since our founding in 2023, we have brought together 155+ young people and 250+ youth workers from more than 25 European countries through Erasmus+ mobility and training projects, co-organised the Kristiansand Youth Forum during Democracy Week, and supported the launch of the Platform for Democracy and Peace in Elbasan, Albania — extending Nordic models of civic dialogue to new European contexts.
